A smooth, medium-bodied, consistent coffee with a smoky aroma and a nice floral aftertaste. Volcanic soil and high altitude are the keys to this superior, uniquely hard bean's flavor and aroma. Grown by the members of the FEDECOCAGUA Co-operative in Guatemala.

Estabilshed in 1969, FEDEDCAGUA is a coopeative organization with 20,000 members. Seventy percent of co-op members are indigenous groups from various regions of Guatemala, including Huehuetenango, Coban, Verapaces, Retalhuleu, San Marcos and Zacapa.
