Shipping & Returns
 

Shipping Timeframes

All orders will ship within five to seven business days from the date your order was placed and approved. Our Customer Care representative will contact you if there will be any delays or if the item(s) are out of stock.

Order Shipping

We are offer UPS shipping to a street address in the continental US. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or International addresses.

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number.

If you have any questions on the status of your order you can also email Customer Care at: customercare@providencecoffee.com or give us a call at: 507-412-1733 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm central time.

Delivery Charges

Are based on rates determined by UPS to your shipping to address. We do not have any handling charges.

Shipping Boxes

In an effort to reduce waste all our shipments are shipped in recycled boxes.  Thus, you can expect a wide range of text and markings on these boxes.
